ePlanner was born Jan 2015 as the team grows from strength to strength since Feb 2009 in Financial Alliance. Previously the team was known as Achievers.

As our team size grows with more team leaders and diversified team members, we need to unify our team culture and core values to raise productivity of every team members. Hence we transform ourselves to ePlanner aka Elite Planner!

In Financial Alliance we are called the EP Group in short and we specialized in Estate Planning.

Meeting Attendance Requirement

Please note that all Managers & Consultants are required to attained at least minimum 75% attendance in FAR Business Conference (including Annual and Mid-Year events) meaning you can only afford to miss 3 out of 12 meetings.

Failure to meet the requirement will result in disqualify from any Awards or Incentives provided by the company.

Likewise for ePlanner Team Meeting

P.S. You will be considered as absence if you didn’t turn up, regardless what reason was given. Only Medical Certificate of yourself or immediate family and Pre-Book Oversea Trip can be considered for appeal on case by case basis. Must present proof when required

Weekly Sales Builder and Training Requirement

As a Team, we provide the following for new comer to have a fast start in their career:

Weekly Sales Builder every Friday morning from 10am to 12pm for accountability and case study sharing. Objective is to make sure everyone will achieve at least $50k income within a year. This is compulsory for everyone who earn less than $50k income upon joining and can only be optional once achieved within a year.
