A lot of my clients even my close friend, they do not have the "privilege" that you have… which is today you finally saw the value of receiving my investment advice, don't you?
Also the fact that you can don't use your cash but CPF to grow your wealth for retirement and housing down payment or even monthly installment with the right advice, right?
However many of my clients… they still don't know that!
They are blindly investing through hear say from others or the articles they read instead of seeking professional help to customize investment plan base on their specific situation.
Many of them also choose to DIY themselves after attending some investment courses only to realized they analysis too much till miss the market or no discipline to follow through the research and monitor the market.
