ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY CLIENT ON REDEMPTION OF INVESTMENT
I confirmed that I have been advised on the possible disadvantages of early redemption/cancellation of my designated investment plan. Such disadvantages include potential losses which maybe incurred due to early or untimely redemption of my investment.
I confirmed that I have been advised on the possible alternatives available for me besides redeeming/canceling my investment. Such alternatives include but not limited to partial redemption in the case of profit taking, and switching of funds in the case of change in investment preference
