"Build an idiot-proof enough system that a 5-year old can use it."
This video shows you how literal that can be!
Most viewers focus on the cuteness of the boy. As entrepreneurs and business owners you should focus on something else…
This is the power of having a great script! Most business owners don't realise the importance and power of processes and systems. A script is part of a system.
When I shared about over-the-phone persuasion techniques during this morning sales builder, there will always be people asking about what kind of script to use. This gives you a glimpse of it.
When you have a great script, you can ask almost anyone, including a 4-year old cutey sound professional, caring and sympathetic.
Do you have a proven & tested profitable script that you use in your business? If you don't, time to create one now.
Even a 4-year old cutey boy has one!
